Yes. Browsing the map, opening listings, saving favorites, contacting owners through our messaging, and creating an account are all free. There is no subscription.
Owners can optionally pay a small one-time fee to "boost" a listing for a limited time. Boosting raises a listing in our visibility ranking. We do not sell ads, do not sell user data, and do not run an advertising-cookie program.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. The link expires after a short window. If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, write to general support and we will verify identity another way.
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. We complete deletion as required by GDPR. Some records (transactions, abuse-prevention logs) are retained for the periods listed in our Privacy Policy.
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet used the boost. Once a boost has started running, the EU Consumer Rights Directive treats it as a digital service that has begun delivery, so refunds are not normally available after that point. See section 3.1 of the Terms of Service.
Use the "Report" button on the listing, or email legal@placepoint.lv with the listing URL and the reason. We act on credible reports within 1 business day. We do not host the listing — we are a marketplace — and we will remove it where the report is justified.
